A substantial bay window strip and rebuild, including, structural calcs, structural steels, removal of existing windows installing temporary structural support, installation of new steels, reinstallation of new windows and a full make good both inside and out
Kitchen re-fit work coordinating Electrical works to bring the house up to current regulations
Cornish walling works
Internal and External Painting and Decorating

From our very first meeting right through to completion of our project, Rob, Jamie and the whole JATA family have been THE BEST team of builders, plumber and electricians we could have ever hoped for. Every single member of the team who worked on our home did so with the upmost professionalism.

Rob and Adam (our site manager) were incredibly enthusiastic about the transformation panning out in front of them and were always on hand to answer all of our queries and concerns, and talk us thorough every aspect of the job. Their confidence gave us confidence.
If was apparent from very early on that they take such pride in the work they do and the end result was nothing short of excellence. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and overall finish gave us the family home that exceeded our wildest expectations and dreams.
We cannot thank the JATA family enough for the home they created us and we would not hesitate, for one second, to recommend them to anyone looking to appoint builders. You really will not find anyone else better.

We are so pleased with the work carried out by Jata Construction (Special thanks to Nick and Harry). They took time and care over the work they did from start to finish and made sure at every stage we were happy, and the work met our expectations. They were also very considerate over the fact we had pets and were amazingly tidy considering the work that was carried out.
Both Rob and Jamie (directors of the company) were very involved and genuinely cared that we were happy, not just with the end result but the entire process. The end result exceeded our expectations, and because of this, I have already recommended the company to a friend looking for work. We are looking at getting a quote from them for our single-storey extension. Thank you to everyone involved (it may have been a smaller job than most but it’s made a massive difference to the house!)

I have been meaning to write to you to tell you how delighted we are with all the hard work the boys put into our home recently. Especially Will who was so easy to work with plus his knowledge and thoughtful ideas. He is a real credit to Jata and look forward to him finishing the project next year. I do so hope we have the same group of lads.
Jo the electrician was especially helpful with Julia's bedroom lighting and really great to talk things through with.
I would also like to thank you for having your lovely daughter, who is a delight and Wayne to help with the painting, thank you very much.
It has been a difficult time for the family lately, Des having a stroke and the loss of his brother. Des is improving, just frustrated he can't drive at the moment.!
Emma opened her new business in Padstow yesterday, still waiting for stock to arrive but we opened anyway. Lots of good wishes from the locals which was so lovely for her as she works so hard.
